Frequently Asked Questions.
There are two ways to earn hints in the app:
The light bulb in the upper right corner of the screen shows how many hints you currently have. If you've run out of hints, you’ll see an AD bubble on the light bulb instead. Tap it to play an ad and earn a hint. To receive a hint, make sure you play the ad until the end. Or
While coloring, a light bulb may appear in the upper left corner of the screen. Tap it to play an ad. Once the ad is over, you’ll receive a hint.
If you don’t want to see the pictures you’ve already colored in the Library, you can easily hide them. Go to the app’s Settings > General > Show colored pictures and turn this option off by sliding the toggle to the left.
If you want to delete a colored picture from My Feed, tap on the picture and choose Delete. The picture will be removed from My Feed and will appear in the Library, uncolored, in its original category.
Please note: Pictures cannot be completely deleted from the app. If you remove them from My Feed, they will still remain available in the Library in their uncolored version.
After completing a picture, tap Save below the colored picture.
If the picture doesn’t appear in your Photos app, please ensure Happy Color has
permission to access your gallery:
Go to the device’s Settings > Happy Color > Photos and select Add Photos Only.
After completing a picture, tap Save below the colored picture.
If the picture doesn’t appear in your gallery (album), please check the app’s permissions:
Go to the device’s Settings > Applications > Happy Color > Permissions and enable access to your gallery (storage).
Please note: The Save option only appears right after you finish coloring a picture. If you don’t save your colored picture or animation to your device immediately, you will need to recolor the picture to save it.
To sync your app progress across devices, please follow these steps:
It may take some time for all data to fully sync. The synchronization process is complete when the cloud icon disappears.
Please note: Only completed pictures will be transferred. Achievements will appear after syncing, but some bonus pictures may need to be claimed and colored again.

Happy Color does not offer automatic recovery, but you can sync your progress using Facebook, Google, or Apple ID. To do this, please follow these steps:
Syncing may take some time to complete. It is complete when the cloud icon disappears.
Please note: Only completed pictures will transfer. Achievements will reappear after syncing, but some bonus pictures may need to be claimed and colored again.
Unfortunately, if you’re unable to access your old device and didn’t sync previously, you’ll need to start over.

Happy Color does not offer automatic recovery, but it does support progress sync via Facebook, Google, or Apple ID.
If you’ve previously logged in through the Log in to sync data option in the app's Settings, then follow these steps:
Reinstall the app, open the app, and go to Settings > General > Log in to sync data, then sign in using Facebook, Google, or Apple ID.
The process may take some time to complete. It is complete when the cloud icon disappears.
Please note: Only completed pictures will be restored. Some bonus pictures may need to be reclaimed and colored again.
Unfortunately, if you haven’t logged in through the Log in to sync data option previously, your progress cannot be recovered, and you’ll need to start over.
To reduce the number of ads, you can purchase Remove ads. Go to the app’s Settings > General > Remove ads.
This one-time purchase removes banner ads, ads between pictures, and ads shown when reopening the Happy Color app.
Please note that ads for hints will still be available, but only if you choose to watch them by clicking on the light bulb.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID in the App store used for the original purchase. Go to the app’s Settings > General > Restore purchases.
If you are using a different Apple ID or have switched to an Android device, the purchase cannot be restored and will need to be made again.
Make sure you’re logged into the same Google account you used to make the purchase in the Google Play Store. If so, Google Play should automatically restore your payment. Please note that this may take some time.
If the purchase doesn't appear, try the following steps:
Log out of your account, restart your device, and then log back in.
This may help the system recognize your previous purchase.
If you're using a different Google account or have switched to an iOS device, the purchase cannot be restored and will need to be made again.
You can use the purchase as long as both devices are using the same Apple ID in the App store.
To restore your purchase, open the app on your second device and go to Settings > General > Restore purchases.
If you're using a different Apple ID or have switched to an Android device, the purchase cannot be transferred and will need to be made again.
You can share your purchase across devices if you are logged into the same Google account in the Google Play Store that was used to buy Remove ads. In this case, Google Play should automatically recognize your purchase. Please note that this may take some time.
If the ads are not removed right away, try the following steps:
Log out of your account, restart your device, and then log back in.
This may help the system recognize your payment.
If you're using a different Google account or have switched to an iOS device, the purchase cannot be transferred and will need to be made again.
To claim your Facebook bonus, please make sure the Facebook app is installed on your device. Then follow these steps:
Open the Facebook app and go to our official Happy Color page. Find a post with a blue bonus link and tap the link in the post.
The bonus picture will automatically open in the Happy Color app.
Please note: Be sure to tap the link inside the post, not Use App at the top of the page, as only the post link will activate the bonus.

If you don’t use Facebook, you can still enjoy our bonus pictures and activities by following us on Instagram (@happycolor_official) or joining our WhatsApp channel.
Both services offer plenty of activities, updates, and exclusive bonus pictures. Feel free to choose the platform that suits you best.
We're not directly responsible for awarding the Top Fan or any other Facebook badges. These badges are granted automatically by Facebook based on user activity and engagement, according to their own algorithm. You can find more information about earning Facebook badges in their Help Center.

Please note: Instagram Stories are only available for 24 hours. However, some bonus pictures are saved in the Bonuses highlight on our profile, so you can check there if you missed a Story.
To claim your WhatsApp bonus, please make sure WhatsApp is installed on your device.
Then follow these steps:
Open WhatsApp and go to our official Happy Color channel. Look for a post with a green bonus link and tap the link.
The bonus picture will automatically open in the Happy Color app.
To keep the Happy Color channel easily accessible in WhatsApp, we recommend
tapping Follow next to the channel name. Channel updates appear in Updates,
separate from your personal chats and calls. To view the channels you follow,
open WhatsApp and go to:
Updates > Channels.
Please note: Notifications for WhatsApp channels are muted by default. If you'd like to receive alerts for new updates, you should enable notifications for our channel manually.
To view Happy Color posts in your preferred language, please follow these steps:
Instagram automatically translates captions, comments, and profile bios based on the language they’re written in and your account’s language settings. If a translation is available in your selected language, you’ll see See Translation below the text. Tap it to view the text in your language.
WhatsApp allows you to translate messages in chats into various supported languages.
Here’s how to use this feature:
Press and hold the message you want to translate, tap Translate, and choose
the language to translate from or to. Tap Translate again to view the translated message.
Once downloaded, your selected language will be saved under Downloaded Languages for future use. To view the original message or switch to another translation, press and hold the message again and tap View Translation.
Please note: this feature is currently only available on Android devices.
To earn the “Fancy Unicorn” achievement, you need to complete all daily pictures from any full calendar year—from January to December. There’s one exception: the year 2018 includes only February to December.
Make sure every picture from the selected year has a green check mark and none of them have a Continue option. If the achievement doesn’t unlock, try recoloring one picture from that year to trigger the achievement.
To earn the “No such thing as new” achievement, you need to recolor 3 (first level) previously completed pictures of your choice. Tap on a completed picture and choose Restart to begin recoloring it.
